Support Recovery and Wellbeing Through Nature.

Nature for Health is a collaborative programme designed to complement health and social care services. It offers inclusive, nature-based activities that support physical and mental wellbeing, and is suitable for people of all abilities.

Why Refer to Nature for Health?

Nature-based interventions are a proven non-pharmacological approach to improving health. Our sessions are linked to:

  • Reduced isolation and loneliness

Participants can engage in:

  • Gentle physical activity (e.g. wellbeing walks, chair-based exercise, Nordic walking)
  • Conservation and countryside skills
  • Creative outdoor sessions
  • Social connection and community engagement
